Manufacturing Technician – CNC & QA Support

As a Manufacturing Technician – CNC & QA Support, you’ll play a key role in bridging production and quality. You’ll work closely with our programming and QA teams to support the production process—gaining experience in CNC software, inspections, and production processes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Recent graduates from NAIT in, Construction, Materials, Mechanical Engineering Technology (Or related program)

- 1-3 years experience in related position.

- Familiar with machining concepts, shop environments, and measurement tools

- Eager to learn CNC programming (prior experience a bonus, but not required)

- Detail-oriented and committed to quality standards

- Comfortable using computers and technical software

- A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on

- Great attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

- Efficient in the use of Microsoft office.

- Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors

- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members

- Strong math and analytical skills with an eye for detail

- Strong organization skills: must have the ability to prioritize workload effectively

- Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision
