- Generate and update technical reference documentation.
- Quality control of parts to determine whether they need to be repaired or replaced.
- Ensure compliance with quality management system, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Report on corrective actions for incidents or failures.
- Generate reports on nonconformities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze incidents & failures to identify root cause.
- Utilize proper measuring equipment related to each function of the job.
- Develop methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of processes and equipment.
- Ensure processes and documentation adhere to quality standards.
- Distribute to and train team members with new procedures, methods, equipment and tracking systems.- 4+ years related experience.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBi, Solidworks or other CAD design experience a plus)
- Math skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve issues as they arise.
- Ability to work within and as a team.
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness.
- Experience with all equipment in a QAQC Dept & motor shop.
- Physically capable of performing all task within a motor shop.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
