Requirements & Responsibilities
•Provide customers / suppliers with a single point-of-contact and assume the role of communications coordinator for assigned major projects, which includes coordinating within the various departments.
•Assure preparation of project-related documents are completed as required
•Understand lead times and manufacturing capacities so that material is available to meet production and shipment requirements
•Create purchase requisitions and work orders as required in order to meet project schedule
•Communicate and facilitate interdepartmental cooperation
•Monitor all activities to ensure costs and targeted gross margins are met.
•Take responsibility for the overall project schedule.
•Follow administrative procedures as necessary to assure the success of the project.
•Monitor all project activities, report progress against plans and take corrective action as required to meet plans.
•Responsible for all operational activities of assigned projects.
•Create and document the required work scopes of the project such as quotations, proposals, and change orders as required throughout the duration of the project.
•Maximize financial results by monitoring / reporting all activities to ensure accurate costing and forecasting of margins.
•Responsible for project close out, including coordinating with Accounting to issue invoices.
•Maintain a high degree of situation awareness to track and manage issues.
•Strive to achieve on time delivery.
•Follow all company procedures and processes.
•Create customized reports when required.
•Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Education & Experience Qualifications
•Degree in Engineering or Business Management is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and project management experience.
•3+ years within a project management role.
•Experience handling customers and communicating with management professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
•Knowledge of oil and gas industry drilling, pressure control and/or lifting, repair and handling equipment.
•Understanding of technical documentation packages/drawings.
•Fluent in MS Office products, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
