Job Responsibilities:
•Determine production schedules and ship dates based on capacity, capability, material availability, and customer requirements.
•Coordinate with the Master Scheduler and Production Planning Associate of new orders and updates.
•Review customer orders in the ERP software (Visual) and update if required.
•Monitor material availability and coordinate with the Supply Chain team for procurement if required.
•Review the Design/Drawings packages and create work orders (WO) as per work instructions.
•Notify relevant teams of any changes or delays in production timelines.
•Identify and resolve issues related to engineering changes, deviations, or material shortages.
•Update system statuses and ensure accurate tracking of order progress.
•Provide updates to the Production Team, Production Planning Associate, Customer Service Coordinators.
•Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or changes as needed.
•Resolves product or service challenges with the Quality/Production departments by clarifying the customers’ issues/requests, solving the problem, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
•Keep well maintained documentation and records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
•Collaborate with the Shipping team to ensure timely delivery of completed orders.
•Ensure all health and safety precautions are taken, policies are followed and enforced.
•Support with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualified Candidates will have:
•2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a similar role.
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., Visual, ERP systems).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material requirements planning (MRP).
