We are seeking to invest in high potential candidates for our Manufacturing Fast Track Program. Upon entry into the MFTP, this high potential individual will commit to our blueprint for success, developing from an unskilled entry level role into a skilled high impact position within our CNC, Fabrication, Machining, Paint, and Shipping departments. While no manufacturing or trade experience is necessary, the right person must be Dependable, have a Positive Attitude, and a Growth Mindset. Skills/Requirements:

- Must be dependable, have a positive attitude, and a growth mindset

- Desire to engage in hands-on work with a sense of urgency

- Can work either M-F 7am-330pm, M-Th 330pm-2am, or Fri-Sun 9am-930pm

- Previous trade or manufacturing experience not required
