What You’ll Do

- Provide operations leadership for our Service Center

- Report to a Regional Operations Leader and other stakeholders

- Coach and develop 12-15 technical employees

- Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution

- Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center

- Accountable for local fleet

- Timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment

- Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams

- Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors

- Act as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

- 10+ years of relevant operations leadership experience - 6+ years of direct management of technical employees

- Manage P&L reporting and analysis

- Experience as location safety leader

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

- Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background

- Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
