In this critical leadership role, you will oversee construction scheduling, site inspections, and underground utility locating while also spearheading apprentice training programs to ensure our workforce is skilled, safe, and prepared for success. You will play a key role in supervising field personnel, managing outages, and driving process efficiency, all while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.
