Manager/Director of Enterprise Information Management (Depending on Experience)
ACES is launching a new Enterprise Information Management (EIM) function—and we’re looking for a strategic leader to build it from the ground up. As our EIM Program Lead, you’ll design and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide information strategy that transforms how ACES manages and leverages data. You’ll lead a cross-functional team, coordinate across departments, and ensure our data becomes a trusted, strategic asset that drives decision-making, compliance, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Define and execute ACES’s EIM strategy, blueprint, and roadmap
- Identify business goals, enabling capabilities, and gaps
- Develop operational models and capability sequencing plans
- Establish governance frameworks and enterprise data standards
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, analytics, operations, and compliance
- Conduct regular assessments and report progress to executive leadership
- Ability to travel
- Adheres to and is supportive of all ACES corporate policies and complies with all regulatory requirements including but not limited to NERC, FERC and relevant state regulations as applicable to the position
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by management- 8+ years in enterprise data/information management, data governance, or related fields
- Proven experience leading cross-functional data initiatives
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Excellent communication and change leadership abilities
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, MDM, BI/analytics
- Experience in the energy industry—especially wholesale electricity markets—is highly preferred
