The Manager, Enterprise Systems will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level IT systems supporting critical business functions. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the administration and enhancement of enterprise applications (Workday, Intelex, and related platforms).

- Manage system implementations, upgrades, and performance tuning to meet business needs.

- Lead a team of IT professionals and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Develop and enforce governance standards for system architecture and data integrity.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies where applicable.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise HR systems, including full-cycle Workday implementations and optimizations.

- Expertise in supporting HR systems.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Workday implementation

- Familiarity with Intelex
