We are looking for a Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to join the Lifecycle Marketing Team to support our Lifecycle Marketing acquisition efforts across DTC and retail. This role will span multiple marketing channels to build a holistic physical and digital experience with a focus on email and SMS.
At your core, you are analytical and innovative in your approach to acquiring and maintaining customers. You know that a single email with the right language at the right time can make a big impact. You understand data and storytelling in a way that lets you see the CRM matrix. You think strategically and thoroughly, but you're able to devise efficient tests to build an MVP. You love testing micro-cohorts, you understand that an experiment is still going to a human, and your approach never turns a member into just a data point. You think systemically, thrive cross-functionally, project manage efficiently, and communicate and report internally with a level of context, sophistication, and analysis that inspires great work. Your passion for LCM inspires you to dive deep into new technologies and you've even thought about how to take gestures like texts, screenshots, and digitally native formats and turn them into emails. You get brand to your core, always dancing between data and dilution. Now you are screenshotting this and sending it to your best friend.
The estimated annual pay range for this full-time position is $125k-$145k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level, and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
