We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our market expansion and customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
•Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
•Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability
•Oversee the sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and ensure timely closing of deals.
•Set and monitor sales KPIs
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer experience and order fulfillment.
· Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
Marketing Management:
•Design and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
•Oversee digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
•Coordinate trade show participation, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
•Create promotional materials, product catalogs, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust campaigns and offerings.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the building materials or construction industry.
•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Knowledge of natural stone is highly desirable.
•Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
