Monday through Friday 08:00 am to 5:00 pm
Under broad guidance, the Program Manager is responsible for managing the Regional Hydraulic Model (RHM), performing complex hydraulic analyses to evaluate existing and future infrastructure, serving as a liaison between HRSD, Localities, and the Development Community, reviewing proposed development within the HRSD Territory, and managing capital improvement projects in support of the CIP and strategic planning efforts. Typical programs include but are not limited to: Multi-Jurisdictional System Modeling and Forecasting; Climate Change; Development Services; Regulatory Compliance; Sanitary Sewer Overflows Tracking; Policies and Agreements; Long-term Strategic Planning; and Design Standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- 4 years of experience in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of water/wastewater infrastructure, to include hydraulic modeling, and development review.
- Experience in project or program management.
- Relevant engineering experience in design, construction, operation and maintenance of sewerage facilities. Working knowledge of pumping systems and hydraulics. Experience with GIS
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Engineer In Training (EIT) certification
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
