Job Responsibilities

- LMA

- Execute Estimating Program

- Ensure Compliance with Tender Requirements

- Complete and Manage Mechanical and Pipeline Tenders

- Manage Client Relations in Tender Process

- Detailed budgets, schedules, risk registry, execution plans, certifications

- Prepare and Analyze Tenders for Services/Materials

- Integrate addendums into Tenders

- Manage Tender Hand Off process on Award to Operations

- Maintain Accurate Tender Supporting Documentation

- Assist Operations in Preparation of Post Award Docs

- Audit and Trend project performance

- Continuous improvement program

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks

- Pipeline and Mechanical construction experience

- Scheduling and Planning
