Role Description

The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing quotations for projects, products, and services. Working closely with the sales, engineering, and operations teams, you will analyze client requirements, source costs, and prepare proposals that align with technical specifications and business objectives.

- Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to client requests and tenders.

- Collaborate with engineering and field services teams to verify technical requirements.

- Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitiveness.

- Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure scope alignment.

- Maintain organized records of all quotations, revisions, and correspondence.

- Follow up on submitted quotations, track status, and support the sales team in closing opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and industry standards.

Requirements

- Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience in quotations, estimating, or sales support (experience in electrical/industrial/technical sectors preferred).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
