Estimator/Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and negotiation skills.

Duties:

- Oversee the estimating process from start to finish

- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing

- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for estimating purposes

- Review and negotiate bids with clients and vendors

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry

- Monitor market trends to adjust pricing strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating (Industrial Field)

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships

- Excellent project management abilities

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in heavy construction projects

- Familiarity with pricing strategies and market analysis

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
