Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Role Summary: The Maintenance Technician for our Machine/Facilities Maintenance Dept. to assist with routine and preventive needs within our Manufacturing and service shops. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a good knowledge of basic Electric and able to work independently or assist in team projects. Accountability and reliability are a must in this role. The schedule for a Maintenance Technician will generally be 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday-Friday. Some flexibility is required. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform various types of Maintenance duties, such as Electrical maintenance, mechanical repairs, and general building repairs Operating and possible minor repairs of machinery in a safe and appropriate manner Maintaining of all equipment both on and off the grounds Day-to-day general maintenance duties as assigned Interior maintenance may also be requested (patching walls, painting, staining, etc.) Other Skills/Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record 5 years' experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and/or Carpentry High School diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills required in order to use a laptop and a smart phone for diagnostic tools, service manual reviews, and completion of work orders/time entry Positive attitude to work in conjunction with our team in a dynamic paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
