About This Job

The Maintenance Technician will provide on-site maintenance support for tasks that are to be completed within 10 business days.

•

Review and assigning of tickets in owner software

•

Update owner software with your hours for each ticket (and any other laborer hours) and any relevant notes and documents.

•

Routine weekly/monthly/annual tasks as outlined by Owner Staff

•

Ordering materials as needed

•

Providing all receipts and invoices to the Project Manager for processing on a weekly basis.

•

Picking up and delivery of materials to job site

•

Escort subcontractors as needed

•

Coordinating scheduling with end user

•

Job walk-throughs as needed for understanding of SOW and to provide guidance of work needed for successful completion.

•

Schedule in house carpenters and escort as needed

•

Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors as needed
