Maintenance Technician – 3rd shift Weekly Bonus

The Position: We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all safety guidelines.

Requirements:

•

Direct work experience in Industrial Maintenance

•

Predictive maintenance knowledge and utilization

•

Basic knowledge of 24VDC up to 480VAC

•

General knowledge of simple mechanical fundamentals

•

Problem solving/critical thinking skills

Experience preferred:

•

Knowledge of VFD's and other Controllers

•

In depth knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics

•

Ability to fabricate using stick or mig welder

•

Fundamentals of PLC troubleshooting

•

Use of precision measurement tools (micrometers & calipers)

•

Ability to read schematics for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics

Responsibilities:

•

Provide hands-on support through troubleshooting equipment faults to diagnose problems and complete repairs

•

Perform preventative maintenance on all Production and Building systems
