Maintenance Technician

National Technologies, Inc. (NTI) is looking for an entry level Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and assist in repairing manufacturing equipment including CNC Lathes, Mills, Swiss and Grinding equipment.

What you need to know about the job

- This is a Full-time 1st shift position.

- 1st shift is 5 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday with additional optional overtime hours available on Fridays.

- No mandatory OT = 3-day weekends!

- $30 - $40 / hr depending on experience

How you’ll contribute to our team

As a Maintenance Technician Assist, you’ll learn and grow in your knowledge as you work on a variety of equipment. You will be giving support to our world-class team.

- You will provide preventative maintenance as well as assist repairs CNC turning, vertical, machines, and robotic loading equipment and grinding equipment.

- You will maintain other equipment including mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic.

- You will work with Equipment Manufacturers, Electrical, Plumbing and other professionals as needed.

- We take pride in the cleanliness, condition, and safety of our building and machines. You’ll join us in keeping the standards high while following all prescribed safety regulations.

What you’ve done

- You have previously worked in a maintenance position or acquired education that will help you succeed in this job.

- You’ve gained proficiency in your previously held maintenance positions or education.

- You have experience working with others with professionalism and cooperation.

- You’re able to interpret blueprints and schematics.

- You can understand and effectively communicate technical information.

- You will work with a variety of internal and external individuals, so you are personable and speak English.

- Must be able to lift, bend, and use handheld equipment.

- Must be able to work with lubricants, cutting fluids, and coolants.

- You’re able to work safely while respecting others, our equipment, and company procedures.
