Expected Salary Range: $81,842 - $122,763
Summary
Plans and prioritizes all aspects of maintenance, including executing general facility and equipment repairs, planning and executing a PM program, and overseeing the Maintenance Technician team.
What Success Looks Like?
•Lead Facilities Maintenance Tech team, performing machinery repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
•Maintain a close relationship with all maintenance functions to ensure prompt response and proper diagnosis of equipment failures using best troubleshooting practices to minimize downtime.
•Develop and motivate staff to ensure a strong level of technical expertise. Assure the best use of individual and team capabilities and effectively improve employee engagement
•Provide input to budget data, labor, and capital repairs and expense budgets.
•Develop and manage a PM program in CMMS and build PM reporting KPI’s around completion percentage.
•Support and work in conjunction with the Dept. Manager and HR Manager to make appropriate recommendations for hiring, development, advancement, discipline, and termination of directly supervised employees.
What you Bring:
•Degree or Certification in industrial maintenance or mechanical field, or related applicable study (equivalent relevant experience will be considered).
•At least five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience required, and two (2) years of experience as a Team Lead.
•Broad and in-depth understanding of mechanical, fluid power and control systems
•Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot and perform repairs.
•Strong work ethic and accountability, with a commitment to demonstrating, and enforcing company Safety policies, and procedures.
•Solid proficiency with a variety of software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS, AutoCad, and Payroll/Time & Attendance tools.
•Able to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs.
