Primary Responsibilities
•Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate work across all shifts, including vendors and contractors.
•Manage the safe installation, repair, and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
•Oversee contractor work to ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
•Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance programs and service schedules using NOV Max Maintenance.
•Oversee maintenance budgets and manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
•Foster a work environment focused on safety compliance, quality standards, and teamwork.
Job Duties
•Schedule and assign daily and long-term maintenance tasks based on operational needs and forecasts.
•Maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
•Track and manage spare parts and equipment to reduce downtime and support continuous operations.
•Conduct employee training on safety procedures, equipment operation, and company policies.
•Perform employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and timecard approvals.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, and local codes.
•Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and resolve non-conformances.
Education and Qualifications
•High School Diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Oracle and MS Project preferred.
•Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing facility environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
•Travel required up to 10%.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $27.38–$32.51 per hour
