The Maintenance Planner is responsible for improving work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. This position is crucial to the efficient execution of maintenance work and supports proactive maintenance strategies by ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are well-prepared and documented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.

 3+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles.

 Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Infor EAM).

 Strong understanding of maintenance techniques and principles (preventive, predictive, reliability-centered).

 Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

 Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.

 Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA regulations.

Physical Requirements:

 Mix of office and industrial plant/facility settings.

 May require occasional work outside of regular business hours for emergency planning or shutdown coordination.

 Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required in plant areas.

Working Hours:

Morning shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
