Job Description: Maintaining Fleet of Equipment running preventative maintenance for trucks, loaders, bobcats, and mowers down to handheld equipment. inspects, diagnoses, repairs and services mechanical issues on company vehicles and equipment.

Maintain good record keeping and order in garage. Keeping a neat clean garage and working environment while being a team player in all aspects of the company. Will routinely load/unload vehicles (including mowers onto trailers) and safely transport equipment and materials to the job site if required. Individuals must be physically capable of properly lifting heavy materials on a regular basis.

Hybrid Mechanic/ Driver in garage and in material yard assisting in deliveries or parts run.

Duties: Repair broken and damaged equipment prioritizing what equipment is more important for the given task of the company. Implementing a preventative maintenance program for all companies’ equipment will keep proper maintenance records. As this is a hybrid position, full-time work in the garage won’t always be required. Driving trucks, delivering materials to customers and crew. Help with Job set up, prepare hydro seeder for landscape crews. Working with the public as we have customers who walk in on occasion. Offer assistance and effective time in other areas of the company · Become a reliable resource for all members of T-Scape members. · Keep vehicles, machinery, and tools in good repair. Meet department tasks expectations · Continuously Improve knowledge, education, & industry awareness

Requirements: T-Scape Inc. requires for this position a motivated individual with at least 2-years of related experience. Strong candidates will be able to work well with others and have a true team player mentality, handling appointed responsibilities and helping others to achieve their goals. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record to operate company vehicles. Should have good working knowledge of equipment specific to the landscape industry, good communication skills, clean-cut personality. Must be able to complete tasks expressed in the job description and be willing to participate in other activities as deemed necessary by T-Scape, Inc.

Other: Average 45+ hours/week. Typically, from 7:00 AM till 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays may be required to accommodate clients’ needs and work around weather conditions.

Requirements for hire: Education &/or Degree(s): · 2 years related experience. Driver’s License: · Valid clean MA driver’s license

Experience & Qualifications: · Have at least 2 or 3 good references · Must be able to read – understand – write English · Must be organized, capable of multi-tasking & working with others · Must proficiently communicate with clients and colleagues · Have good attendance record and be on time for work · Logical and technical reasoning skills · Follow direction & work independently at times · Strong mathematical skills a plus · Dedication to T-Scape, Inc. objectives · May be Subject to pre-placement drug testing and background investigation
