Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic for downtown complex looking for a full-time reliable and skilled employee to perform essential tasks throughout the property. This position requires 1-3 years of diverse experience with multiple layers and knowledge of commercial real estate tenancy. Successful candidate will be proficient in painting, drywall, miscellaneous plumbing and electrical repairs, plus snow removal detail (Bobcat Operator preferred - NYS license required). Customer service is a must, we attend to professionals on the property.
