Job Overview

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cheese production lines. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around timely set up for cheese cutting equipment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday starting at 2pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ability to adjust equipment for products to be run, including baggers, scales, cheese cutter, labelers, sealers and all manufacturing related equipment.

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor breakdowns.

- Perform preventive maintenance.

- Maintain company buildings and facilities.

- Understand the operation of the equipment and how to adjust it.

- Know how to safely use shop and hand tools.

- Have an understanding of mechanical/light electrical operation of equipment.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Basic understanding of production line equipment.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
