Manage regional mechanics, inspect and perform, as needed, services, repairs, maintenance for valves, pumps, fusion equipment, air compressors and related machinery. Will work closely with mechanics, operations and vendors for repairs and replacement parts.

3. Previous manager and/or project management experience a plus.
1. Experience servicing Pioneer, Godwin and Cornell pumps, McElroy Fusion Machines, John Deere industrial engines and Cleveland Brothers/CAT construction equipment.
2. Provide personal common hand tools to perform the above functions
3. Familiarity with Computerized maintenance management documenting and reporting.
1. Knowledge of diesel engines, truck repairs, mechanical devices, centrifugal pumps, and equipment maintenance.
2. Proficiency with MS outlook email, laptop diagnostic software and general computer skills.
3. Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast pace environment.
4. Proven track record of establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships in permanent and temporary work groups.
· Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of equipment, and ensuring they meet company standards and effectively carry out their functions.
· Manage Regional mechanics, scheduling, service requests and special projects or rebuilds.
· Managing key metrics to reduce fleet cost, extend life and utilization rates.
· Manage repairs, orders parts across the company where the Company’s pumps, valves, pipe, fittings, tools, and machinery are utilized, stored and staged.
· Manage, Inspect, and Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment such as, but not limited to: 1) Pioneer/Godwin/Cornell diesel and electric pumps; 2) McElroy Fusion Machines; 3) Cleveland Brothers/Cat equipment 4) Pick-up Trucks; 5) Trailers; 6) Valves and fittings; 7) power tools; and other equipment. Familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures for dozers, loaders, forklifts; and telehandlers may also be required.
· Orders parts and arranges for delivery or pick up.
· Orders fluids/filters needed to service trucks/field equipment, pumps and machinery.
· Schedules warranty work and routine maintenance and inspections for vehicles and company machinery as needed.
· Completes necessary work orders and paperwork for all maintenance activities using computerized aids.
· Trains company employees on equipment operation and proficiency procedures.
· Conducts other operational assignments as may be assigned by the company management.
Manage subordinate employees or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
