The Maintenance Machinist ensures that production machinery runs efficiently by diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and creating custom parts when needed. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and maintain high-quality standards.
