What Do You Need to qualify for this position?
•Basic Computer Skills, Familiarity with apple products
•Ability to learn and use our dispatching software
•Willingness to work as a team and work well with others.
•Clean Background with no criminal history
Job Responsibilities:
•answering the phones, gathering customers information, and scheduling maintenance appointments.
•Streamlining Maintenance Technician Schedules/Routes. Optimizing Routes for lowest possible drivetime.
•Making Happy Calls after maintenance takes place to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
•Confirming Maintenance Appointments in advance
•Identifying the correct maintenance technician per maintenance customer.
•Solve problems & handle difficult customers
•Provide outstanding customer service at all times, and go the extra mile for the customer.
•Basic filing & Clerical work
•Inputting Important Maintenance Information into customer profiles. Adjusting Memberships as needed.
•Calling customers and scheduling maintenance appointments when they are due.
•Communicate with service technicians & make sure they arrive on time.
•Ordering parts and equipment.
