Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. Duties
•Manage and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.
•Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities to minimize downtime.
•Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment.
•Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs.
•Coordinate project management activities related to facility upgrades or modifications.
•Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Skills
•Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
•Strong background in facilities management with hands-on experience in maintenance operations.
•Knowledge of high voltage systems as well as low voltage applications.
•Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
•Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
•Solid project management abilities to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Electrical expertise with practical experience in maintaining various electrical systems.
•Capable of fabricating components as required for repair or enhancement projects.
