Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Duties
•
Manage and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.
•
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities to minimize downtime.
•
Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment.
•
Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs.
•
Coordinate project management activities related to facility upgrades or modifications.
•
Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
•
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Skills
•
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
•
Strong background in facilities management with hands-on experience in maintenance operations.
•
Knowledge of high voltage systems as well as low voltage applications.
•
Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
•
Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
•
Solid project management abilities to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
•
Electrical expertise with practical experience in maintaining various electrical systems.
•
Capable of fabricating components as required for repair or enhancement projects.
