Logistics Supervisor

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

FLSA Status: Non- Exempt

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all equipment logistics activities within Intren and any MasTec company between job sites. The Logistics Supervisor ensures efficient scheduling, documentation, and communication of all logistics operations while supporting company policies and operational goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Supervise and support drivers in completing daily equipment pick-ups, deliveries, and transfers.

- Maintain and update daily and weekly logistics schedules for all internal equipment moves.

- Communicate delivery and pick-up details to field operations, fleet, and procurement teams.

- Assist with scheduling and coordination of external vendor moves as directed by management.

- Collect, verify, and file delivery tickets, bills of lading, and other transport documents.

- Ensure required permits and paperwork are obtained for oversized or restricted moves.

- Monitor equipment status and report any scheduling delays, issues, or maintenance concerns.

- Provide daily and weekly activity updates to the Supply Chain Manager.

- Support new equipment delivery and off-rental/disposal processes in coordination with Corporate Fleet.

- Review and code invoices for logistics-related work and ensure they are submitted for approval.

- Train, coach, and monitor driver performance, ensuring adherence to safety and DOT compliance standards.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Knowledge of industry equipment.

- Excellent computer skills in most Microsoft programs including Teams, Word, and Excel.

- Familiarity with construction or utility industry equipment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
