We are searching for a Logistics Coordinator, Solar projects, on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will be responsible for tracking and reporting all modules, battery and inverters being delivered to their specific site. You will be a key component in quality control, maintaining and scheduling 3rd party logistics carriers, foster and maintaining relationships with our vendors, construction contractors (EPCs), and other partners. You will be responsible for daily and weekly reporting duties, overseeing safety within your work area and around site.
You will act as the owner rep for the client. You are responsible for managing, maintaining, and overseeing the daily operations relating to specific owner-supplied material such as, solar modules, batteries, and power inverters for an assigned project.
Key responsibilities include maintaining site safety standards, overseeing quality control, supporting schedule adherence, and fostering effective communication and collaboration with vendors, EPC partners, and other stakeholders. Other responsibility requires consistent and accurate daily and weekly reporting to the site team and internal partners, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project life cycle.
Location: On construction site for duration of project Cottle County or Knox County, TX. Per diem

3. Preferred Background: Construction and Material background or 2-3 years similar experience
- Responsible for recording all Module, Inverter, and Battery deliveries per vendor and upload into Unifier and Daily Tracker accurately and efficiently daily.
- Meet with drivers to Collect the Bill of Lading (BOL) from drivers: Sign, date, and upload into Unifier daily.
- Utilize multiple reporting platforms on a daily and weekly basis.

- Identify potential changes in delivery schedules, offload workflow, and staffing issues due to weather, equipment, and other delays.
1. Manage multiple phases of the logistics position.
2. Module, Inverter, and Battery Delivery
3. CSV Uploads, Unifier Uploads, Daily Tracker (DT)
4. Responsible for recording all Module, Inverter, and Battery deliveries per vendor and upload them into Unifier and Daily Tracker accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
5. Meet with drivers to Collect the Bill of Lading (BOL) from drivers: Sign, date, and upload into Unifier daily.
6. Logistics Coordinator Weekly Report, Utilize multiple reporting platforms on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Identify potential changes in delivery schedules, offload workflow, and staffing issues due to weather, equipment, and other delays.
8. Error Report Reconciliation with ISC
9. BOL Uploads, with pictures supporting delivery and damages on site
10. Damaged Modules/Damage Validation and Warranty Claims (if applicable).
11. Recycling Efforts – Quotes and Coordinating Recycle Pick up
12. Interdepartmental Communication – ISC, EPC, Site Team, SMC, PM, RM, etc.
13. Share safe and effective off-load & recovery plan and site delivery rules
14. Build and Maintain Relationships
15. Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance
16. Submit weekly Logistics Reports
17. Adhering to and ensuring site team understand SOP’s.
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 6+ years of relevant work experience 3. 2+ years knowledge of Unifier or other Reporting Systems.4. Experience as a Team Lead, managing others; working with teams typically up to 5
5. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Ability to recognize timelines and deadlines to prioritize efficiently
7. High level communication skills
8. Strong understanding of schedules and planning
9. Organizational and Time Management Skills
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $55.00/hr. to $60.00/hr.
