We are seeking a motivated and community-focused Local Solar Energy Expert
to join our team. No prior solar or sales experience is necessary — we provide full training, mentorship, and support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has great people skills, and wants to make a difference in their community by helping others adopt clean energy solutions. This position offers

- Educate homeowners, businesses, and community groups about solar energy benefits, incentives, and financing options.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar potential and system requirements.
- Provide accurate cost-benefit analyses and customized solar proposals.
- Stay up-to-date on local, state, and federal solar incentives, policies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Represent the company at local events, expos, and workshops as a trusted solar resource.
- No solar or sales experience required — we will train and mentor you.
- Must be fearless and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
