We’re adding 1–2 standout people to the team. As a Solar Consultant, you’ll be face-to-face with homeowners, building trust, educating them on solar and battery backup, and guiding them through a decision that impacts their family for years to come.

This role is a launchpad. You’ll sharpen negotiation and communication skills, learn leadership from the ground up, and grow in a high-energy culture where your hard work gets noticed—and rewarded.

What You’ll Do

- Knock doors with confidence and start conversations that matter.

- Educate families on solar and battery storage in a clear, approachable way.

- Run consultations, present proposals, and close qualified deals.

- Use our CRM tools to track your leads, follow-ups, and wins.

- Collaborate with teammates, share best practices, and level up your skills every week.

- Stay ahead of industry trends so you always bring fresh insights to the table.

Compensation

- Paid training: $1,000–$1,500 biweekly during your first 30 days.

- Full-time, field-based role in the Central Maryland area.

- In-person work with flexible scheduling.
