In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our learning ecosystem—managing digital platforms, coordinating dynamic training events, supporting audits and grants, and cultivating a vibrant internal knowledge-sharing community. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Upload and organize training content, courses, and learner data
- Collaborate with teams to document skills and competencies
- Support audits and manage training-related grant submissions
- Plan and coordinate training events, workshops, and seminars
- Handle logistics including vendors, RSVPs, and evaluations
- Build and support a knowledge-sharing community across teams
- Ensure compliance with internal and external learning standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, IT, Business, Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in education, tech, manufacturing, or IT- Master’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with LMS administration; Cornerstone experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a production plant environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
