Job Description
X-energy is seeking a Senior Training Systems Administrator responsible for the administration and optimization of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), specifically Docebo, along with any additional learning technologies, systems, or software used to support training and qualification records. The role ensures accurate and efficient delivery of training content, manages completion and qualification records, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The position manages LMS system configurations, integrations, user experience design, and supports training content implementation to maximize system capabilities and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
•Set up and maintain learning pathways, learning plans, and completion timelines within Docebo and any additional learning technologies or software to ensure employees receive appropriate role-based and regulatory training.
•Manage all aspects of Docebo user administration, including user creation, bulk uploads, permissions, SSO integrations, and organizational structures.
•Create, upload, and manage training content within Docebo, ensuring compatibility with SCORM, xAPI, and other relevant standards.
•Configure and maintain Docebo Pages, Widgets, menus, and branding to create an optimal user experience.
•Design, configure, and continuously improve the LMS user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) within Docebo and other learning technologies to ensure ease of use, accessibility, and alignment with organizational branding and learner needs.
•Manage integrations between Docebo and other systems (e.g., Workday, Teams, Webex) to support seamless learning operations.
•Develop, schedule, and distribute reports and dashboards in Docebo to track training compliance and utilization of metrics for key stakeholders across the organization.
•Serve as the point of contact for training compliance documentation, qualification records, and audit or regulatory requests.
•Train end users, managers, and content owners on Docebo functionality, processes, and best practices; develop and maintain user guides and support materials.
•Stay current on new Docebo features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in system use, adoption, and user experience.
•Manage Docebo system configurations, workflows, app activations, and settings to optimize performance and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
•Collaborate with Docebo support and vendor representatives to resolve issues, manage upgrades and releases, and recommend enhancements to align with training strategy.
•Support other members of the Training Team in training content development, LMS-related projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
•Lead the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, without close supervision and some latitude for independent judgment.
•Provide feedback and guidance to more junior team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document.
•Shares knowledge related to industry best practices and standards with others across the team.
•Serve as point of contact on the team for capabilities of the LMS and meet regularly with LMS vendor to ensure we are implementing system capabilities in the most effective way.
•Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
•Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in any field or in lieu of degree, at least five years of experience in a training environment.
•Typically, ten years of general work experience, in which seven years' experience in training administration.
•Experience in LMS administration with proficiency in Docebo system management, configurations, and integrations.
•Basic to intermediate skills with SCORM, xAPI, or similar content formats.
•Strong knowledge of training compliance requirements.
•Experience managing additional learning technologies or software add-ons.
•General proficiency using various types of databases, learning management system tools, and Microsoft applications.
