We are looking for a Master Technician to join our team in Axis, AL.
As a Heavy Equipment Master Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy machinery. Your expertise will ensure that our equipment operates at peak performance and meets our clients’ needs.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve complex technical problems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in heavy equipment technology preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
Master technician certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of heavy equipment brands and models.
