National Grid is hiring a Lead Specialist, Ethics and Compliance. This role can be based in our Brooklyn, NY or Waltham, Massachusetts offices. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work.

Job Purpose

Specialist Investigator and member of the US Ethics Team reporting to the Head of US Ethics Investigations. Responsible for execution of Ethics Investigations including participation in triage, and execution of end to end investigation process including data collection and review, interviews, investigative procedures, recommendations for dispositions, and reporting. Work closely with case managers to provide regular updates on status and findings.

Key Accountabilities

+ Where appropriate, coordinate with SMEs to conduct investigations (e.g., Labor Relations, Security, etc.) in managing Ethics cases including, but not limited to, obtaining case updates, reviewing reports and supporting documentation, and ensuring complete and accurate case records are held in the case management system; and

Salary

$138k - $162k a year in Brooklyn, NY.

$129k - $152k a year in Waltham, MA.

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
