Illinois American Water seeks a health and safety professional to help support our safety culture in Woodridge, IL. The Lead Health and Safety Specialist will perform various activities, including root cause analysis, incident investigations, overseeing safety programs, training and more.

Position Details

Posted Range: $68,640/annually- $114,660/annually.

The base salary range represents a good faith salary range for this position. This position is eligible for annual incentive pay and has the opportunity for continued salary growth. If you are hired at American Water your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as market, geography, skills, education and/or experience. Primary Role

Develops and implements delivery and verification of enterprise health and safety programs aligned with Company policy, practices and procedures. This position will work closely with all management levels to assure policies and programs are effectively developed, implemented, communicated and supported throughout the enterprise.
