Lead Mechanic

American Anthracite is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Mechanic for our 2nd shift operations. The Lead Mechanic will oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy mining and processing equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This leadership role supports our commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. During the second shift hours, the selected candidate will serve as a key resource and point of contact for mechanical leadership.
