Lead Analyst - Health and Safety

Reports to: Manager - Health and Safety

Reports In Office to: Orange CT

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $85,900- $107,375

Establishes, administers and monitors company-wide standards, procedures and performance, within area of expertise, to minimize risk and ensure compliance with health and safety areas as it relates to their regulatory and legal requirements. Generally specializes and focuses on, occupational health or safety. Provides specialized technical expertise and support for the elimination of hazards and prevention of injuries, program development, and performance tracking and reporting. Provides assistance to affiliate companies.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred. + Associates Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills. + Able to work independently, and exercise considerable judgment and decision-making. + Able to direct outside consultants and evaluate their progress. + Strong training and organizational and negotiation skills. + Able to work under tight deadlines with changing priorities
