You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. The Lead Diesel Technician will be responsible to help mentor less experienced technicians.
Duites & Responsibilites
+ Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred
Working Conditions & Physical Expectations
The daily work takes place in an area that can be noisy. The workspace can be gritty the majority of the time. Technicians are required to wear PEE as required, such as safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, etc.
The employee is required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, pull, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions including extreme heat & cold.
