This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Specialist - Area Account Manager located in New York, NY. The Lead Specialist - Area Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the accounts within their assigned area. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assessing account needs, developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular site visits, performance analysis, and coordination with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
