- Client & Contractor Management
– Serve as the primary point of contact for contract staff, ensuring consistent, responsive service and strong relationship building.
- Revenue Expansion
– Identify and develop new revenue-generating projects, business units, and geographies across the Onshore Shale and Midstream sectors.
- Lead Generation & Vacancy Sourcing
– Secure high-quality vacancies for the Contract Recruitment team through proactive business development.
- Recruitment Team Leadership
– Guide and support recruitment consultants, overseeing performance, compliance, and delivery against live requisitions.
- Process & Compliance Oversight
– Monitor adherence to systems and processes including Bullhorn, payroll, invoicing, GP tracking, and bonus documentation.
- Industry Expertise & Networking
– Establish yourself as a subject matter expert through strategic networking and value-driven client solutions.
- Supplier Positioning & Competitive Analysis
– Contribute to improving Bedrock’s supplier status through process enhancements and market insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work closely with internal departments to streamline invoicing, credit control, and contractor onboarding.
- Proposal & Bid Support
– Play a key role in supporting tenders, proposals, and RFIs in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Global Business Development
– Partner with regional peers to expand Bedrock’s international footprint and uncover global opportunities.
- Best Practice Sharing
– Lead discussions on lessons learned and insights to strengthen the wider team’s account management approach.
- 4-6 years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably within Oil & Gas.
- Proven success in account management and business development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Outgoing, confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring and team development.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
