As a highly valued member of the Dallas, TX Team, this position is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the shipping and receiving process for finished goods, raw materials, and MRO supplies. This role ensures operational efficiency, documentation accuracy, and team coordination to meet logistics and customer service goals.
- Lead daily shipping operations for finished goods and raw materials, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Generate and review pick lists; verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare consolidated packing lists, assign reference numbers, and confirm material readiness for shipment.
- Communicate daily customer shortages to internal stakeholders, coordinate shipment processing, documentation, and load release.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards for both northbound and southbound shipments.
- Monitor logistics efficiency, including average pounds per load and truck utilization, to maintain cost-effective shipping practices.
- Support shipping coordinators, assigning tasks and ensuring performance objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with corporate guidelines and audit requirements.
- Process special shipments (air, ground) and ensure proper handling of time-sensitive or high-priority loads.
- Manage incoming RMAs and coordinate with the Reynosa, MX shipping and receiving team for resolution.
- Ensure accurate system transactions for all incoming and outgoing materials, products, and MRO items.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in shipping processes and team performance.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor.
- 3-5 years of experience and working in shipping and receiving for a manufacturing company

- Experience with MS Office Suite, and Enterprise Resource Program such as
