Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through inbound an outbound calling.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers, qualifying appointments and scheduling. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using warm calling techniques
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize all systems accordingly to help manage our technicians and keep them scheduled through out the week with viable appointments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in inbound/outbound calling
- Knowledge of basic software products
- Ability to ask clarifying questions and validate appointment requirements
