Casco Industries, a growing manufacturer of high-quality windows and doors, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Schedule:
•Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
•Some Saturday hours required during busy seasons
•On-site role in South Elgin, IL
•Business casual dress code
Key Responsibilities:
•Accurately enter and process customer orders
•Prepare quotes for residential and commercial window and door projects
•Assist customers face-to-face, by phone, and via web conferencing
•Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment
•Take ownership of tasks and actively support team goals

•Willingness to adapt, pitch in, and support different roles when needed
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Solid computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs
