What You’ll Do:
•Lead the sales process from first contact through signed agreement, acting as a trusted advisor—not just a salesperson.
•Work with qualified leads provided by the company and proactively generate new opportunities through local outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
•Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term value.
•Manage your sales pipeline using Hubspot (or similar CRM), ensuring consistent follow-up and organized tracking of opportunities and performance.
•Track and improve KPIs such as close rates and lead conversions, with support from ownership and a culture of accountability.
•Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience.
•Represent Window Place Plus with professionalism and care, reflecting our values of transparency, craftsmanship, and customer-first service.
•Provide insights and ideas to improve our sales process as we grow—your voice will be heard.
Who You Are:
•A strong communicator with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
•A relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys helping customers.
•Organized and tech-savvy with CRM tools (Hubspot experience is a plus).
•Experienced in residential or consultative sales (preferred but not required).
•Must live within 30 minutes of Cherry Hill/Collingswood, NJ and have a reliable vehicle.
