At Terra Energy, we’re building one of the most reliable and scalable residential solar operations in the U.S.
Through our installation partner NSI (National Solar Installations), we’re expanding our field teams in Texas to support a strong and growing pipeline of projects through 2030.
We’re looking for a Lead Electrician who can take ownership in the field—someone who not only understands solar electrical systems, but can lead installations, ensure quality, and keep projects moving efficiently.
If you’re experienced, hands-on, and take pride in doing things the right way, this role is for you.
This is a field-based, hands-on leadership role focused on residential solar installations.
You’ll be responsible for the electrical scope of projects, ensuring systems are installed safely, correctly, and in compliance with all codes and standards.

- Ability to read plans and schematics
- Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented

NSI is a primary installer for Terra Energy in Texas, supporting a growing, subscription-based solar model with a strong pipeline of installations projected through 2030. As part of this ecosystem, our work is fast-paced, hands-on, and directly tied to real project delivery.
We’re a field-driven, execution-focused team—so things won’t always be perfectly structured. But that’s where the opportunity is. You’ll have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the ability to make a tangible impact on operations and results.
At NSI, we value people who are pragmatic, resourceful, and solutions-oriented. That means getting the job done, adapting quickly, and continuously improving how we operate in the field. Success here comes from staying focused on outcomes, working collaboratively, and taking initiative in a growing environment.
