Residential Maintenance Sales Representative

If so, Design Works wants you on our team! We’re looking for a Residential Maintenance Sales Representative to help grow our industry-leading, subscription-based landscape service. Whether you have landscaping experience or not, we want someone with a sales-driven mindset, ready to hustle and make an impact.

We provide quality leads, strong marketing support, and a well-established brand to set you up for success. With over $4 million in projected sales this year and a growing presence in southern New Hampshire, this is an opportunity to be part of something big.

What You’ll Do:

Work directly with homeowners to understand their landscaping needs.

Continuously learn about our services and industry best practices.

Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive sales.

Generate leads through cold calling and networking within our service areas.

Create estimates and manage customer relationships in our CRM system.

What You Bring:

Sales experience is a must—landscaping knowledge is a plus but not required.

A strong drive to generate leads and close deals.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
