SeamonWhiteside is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our growing Lanscape Architecture team as a Landscape Architecture Project Manager in our Mount Pleasant, SC office.

Will supervise a team of architects and oversees each step of the design and construction process of a building project.
Essential Job Functions
•Responsible for project scheduling
•Prepare landscape proposal writing
•Manage concept development, supervision of deliverables, and deadlines to team members
•Prepare of cost estimates for projects
•Review and redline drawings and specifications
•Assist in pursuing work and developing client relationships
•Represent Company as a sector expert
•Continue education to broaden technical and management skills
•Fully manage all project types
•Responsible for Bidding and Construction Administration of Projects
•Provide red line review of drawings for technical completeness
•Continue education to broaden technical and management skills
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
•8+ years’ experience in a professional design office;
•Must meet and exceed expectations of a Land Planner IV
Desired Skills
Must meet skill level of Land Planner IV, plus the following:
•Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) required
•Member of American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) or other Professional/ Community Organizations
•Extensive Knowledge of Regulations
•Ability to Effectively Negotiate
•Strong team leadership skills
•Ability to prepare large contracts
•Ability to Design Unique Solutions to Special Problems
•Knowledgeable and understanding of regional planning
•Ability to sketch and render at a professional level
•Ability to problem solve and resolve disputes, including ability to intervene unresolved problems from other projects
•Demonstrate excellent reconnaissance
•Ability to handle out of town projects effectively
•Excellent marketing skills including track record of repeat clients
